By decision 007/2013 authority was given to a procurement of business consultants to undertake a 4-week scoping study to facilitate the procurement of business and legal consultants to support the development of and the subsequent procurement of an Innovation and Integration Partner.
This decision relates only to the procurement of legal consultants and acknowledges the appointment of Pinsent Masons under the Government Procurement Service Framework for Legal Services.
