The Commissioner made a decision on 16 April 2015 to:
- discontinue the current services with Mitie Technical Facilities Ltd (Mitie), and
- as a short term measure, to waive Standing Orders in relation to procurement to enable a joint award of a contract for the provision of building property repairs and maintenance for all WMP sites to:
- Trios
- Carillon
for a period of 12 months from 1 May 2015 for an estimated joint value of £600,000 with West Midlands Police terms to be agreed.
