| An additional Sec 60 was authorised today (on top of the one yesterday), due to the murder in High St Walsall in the early hours of 28/01/23 where weapons were used to inflict injuries that are believed to be the cause of the fatality. Due to further intelligence and incidents reported during 28/01/23, including 2 individuals arrested with weapons indicating they were intending harm, and an additional incident this morning where and individual was run over and attacked with a weapon, both within Walsall, it is believed further incidents of serious violence could occur. |
