Alongside a number of proactive and investigative activities taking place, an authority under section 60 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 has been made, whereby between 14:00 on Thursday 21st February and 04:00 hours on Friday 22ndFebruary officers will have the power to search people in Small Heath and Bordesley Green [as per the attached map].
