The Accountabilty and Governance Board will meets monthly and is designed to hold the Chief Constable and West Midlands Police to account. 

There are three panel members which includes the PCC, Deputy PCC and the Victims Advocate. 

All three members will consider and discuss reports and scrutinise the force’s performance to ensure it is working efficiently and effectively towards the objectives of the Police and Crime Plan.
