| In the last few weeks, there have been a number of serious violent incidents in and around the Wyrley Birch Estate, Kingstanding. These offences have involved the use of knives, machetes and suspected firearms. In addition to this, intelligence suggests that a Block Party will take place in Erdington on Saturday 16th June 2022 at Faulkners Farm Drive, Erdington. Previous such parties in Erdington have attracted hundreds of attendees and there is a risk of disorder where weapons will be used. A similar block party took place on Friday 15th July whereby numerous weapons were seen including firearms, one of which was seen to be discharged into the crowd of attendees. |
